Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed Monday to Friday before cut-off time will normally be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time (2PM EST) will ship out the following business day. Our warehouse does not operate on weekends, therefore all orders placed after cut-off time on Fridays will be sent the following business day. Additional processing time may be required by our warehouse during holiday periods and product launches.

*Please be advised that our warehouse is located in southeastern Canada. Consequently, orders shipped from our facility require approximately 1 additional business day to clear customs and cross the U.S. border. Once the shipment has cleared the border, the carrier’s standard delivery timeline will commence.

Please note that U.S. tariffs and related customs inspections may occasionally extend clearance times beyond the standard 1 business day.
