Djerf Avenue Taxes and Duties
Prices on the website do not include US sales tax. When proceeding to check out you will be able to see the total amount including sales tax of the products in your cart.

All orders placed are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning that as a customer, you will never be responsible for paying any U.S. duties. All applicable duties and taxes are handled and covered by Djerf Avenue.

Djerf Avenue Order Cut-Off Time:

Orders placed Monday to Friday before cut-off time will be shipped the following business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time (12PM EST) will ship out two business days later. Our warehouse does not operate on weekends. Additional processing time may be required by our warehouse during holiday periods and product launches.

Orders Shipped from Europe to the United States:

In some cases, your order may be shipped from our European warehouse if the item you purchased is not available in our North American warehouse. This will not impact you as a customer. Your order will remain tariff-free, and the same shipping costs and delivery timeframes will apply.

Djerf Avenue Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.
• Please use the link provided in the email to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Damages and Lost Packages:

In the unlikely event of your package being lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible and we’ll assist as best we can.
